The courts are coming along and the word is that they will be ready for the Grand Opening on September 19th. The walls are up,floors are going in, the back walls are waiting to be installed. Looks like we will have doubles courts real soon now. |

The exterior of the addition is almost complete. only the stairwell to be finished. The ashfault and the sidewalk have been restored.
Now we wait to see what's inside. |

The windows are all in and the surrounding area has been cleaned up. With the exception of the stairwell not many changes will be visible from the outside from now on. |

Dispite the cold weather,construction has continued. The roof is on the court area. A plastic wind break is up to protect the workers as they install the outer facing of brick. |

On the arobics side of the construction, you can now see the window areas of the first floor and the door opening. The second floor walls are going up. |

Some good weather days have made it possible to continue construction. The back wall is bricked. The workmen are working on the roof struts. |

They have removed the cement siding from the tower. A hole has been ripped in the underlying structure to reveal the "hidden room". |

The crane is lowering into place the ceiling beams on the arobics studio. Most of the beams are in place on the ceiling of the courts. |

Construction on the doubles courts continued throughout the Holiday season and as you can see from the picture, the back wall is now up.
The ceiling gerders are in the parking lot so that I couldn't get as close a picture as I have in the past. |

The concrete for the bleechers has been poured. It is covered by plywood for protection as it cures.

The cement pad was poured yesterday. Today they were cutting expansion slots in the pad. Scaffolding has been delivered to the site ready to be installed so that the second floor on the exercise area and the roof on the courts can be put in place.
